How do I place my orders? You can order via our form under "Contact Us" - do leave your contact details as well as the names of the items and their colours that you're interested in. Also, you can click on the quick link "Ask us a question about this product" or the email icon on the upper right hand corner of each item page to place your order.
I've placed my orders, when can I expect my order to be completed? We will try to get in touch with you within a week of your order to arrange the delivery of your order. Deliveries can only be made within Singapore. How will my purchases be delivered to me? All purchases will be delivered via courier, which means your items should arrive within 1 to 5 days of confirmation of your order. The delivery charges are as below:
How do I pay?
Upon confirmation of your orders, all payments for purchases should first be made in full via interbank transfers. Our bank account is DBS Savings Plus 027-9-060118 (Marine Parade Branch). Alternatively, you can opt for us to collect your payment only upon delivery of the item. We will charge an additional $5 for this collect service, on top of your purchases and delivery charges. So, this $5 fee should first be made in full via interbank transfer. For purchases of $300 or more, you can also choose to pay upon delivery in person (meet-ups at Clementi or City Hall MRT Station). We are not interested in exchanges and will not accept any payment in kind e.g. vouchers, or items of similar monetary value. Do you accept reservations? Yes, we do but on a case-by-case basis. Generally, in the interests of other customers, we ask that you provide a deposit of at least 30% of your total purchase and we'll reserve the item for you for up to 2 weeks. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and cannot be counted as credit for your next purchase.
What if I change my mind and don't want the order anymore? Unfortunately, all items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What if I'm just browsing and can't quite make up my mind yet? Simply email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the items you're interested in, as well as your contact details, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Each item comes with a link "Ask a question about this product" that allows you to email us with your queries directly, so it's even simpler! Please note that there is limited stock per design.
Are the items genuine? Yes, they all are since we purchase them ourselves directly from various shops. All bags are authentic and brand-new (with gift receipts/tags & dustbags where possible).
If the item is out of stock, when will you stock up again? Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to stock up on the item again, but feel free to let us know which ones you're interested in and we'll try to look out for them.

We usually launch new items and kickstart our monthly promotions on the 1st of every month and hold a bargain sale on the 15th of every month, so stay tuned!
